This is one of the most
spectacular properties in Europe: Ibiza XX is a 40,000 sq.m. secluded
walled-in estate with total privacy located on a wide bluff
overlooking one of the most breathtaking bays in Ibiza. The tropical
garden is lined with hundreds of different palm trees, 1,000 year old
olive trees, two lakes and a waterfall which offers perfect rest and
total privacy. Some cactus trees are more than 4 meters tall. Most of
the palm trees are imported from Asia and Africa. The garden was
constructed over a 7 year period by the famous Spanish landscape
architect Jaime Mitjans.
Accommodations
The estate features a main house (3
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with two separate guest houses (together 4
bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and two stunning pools. All homes offer a
perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea with spectacular sunrises and
beautiful evenings under the moon. The main house is located directly
on the coastline and has an infinity pool on the edge of the bluff.
From ten rooms you have a great view of over the bay and the sea. The
home has numerous technological features such as: Satellite TV with a
giant screen and hundreds of channels, high speed Internet access and,
in most rooms, touch screen panels for choosing television, music and
light

In the hot, dry Ibiza summer, you can
enjoy a garden full of refreshing lakes, pools and waterfalls. The
perfect place to read and enjoy the sun. The garden is especially
enchanting at night when it is illuminated by hundreds of lights. The
"Olympic" pool in the garden offers two 40-meter lanes for real
swimmers, while the infinity pool at the main house is perfect for
relaxing in the morning and afternoon sun. And, if you prefer the warm
and inviting Mediterranean there are private stairs to you own
platform affording access to the sea. Golfers may practice their short
game on a magnificent pitch-and-putt golf hole with four buckets that
even Jack Nicklaus would be envious of. The lighted tennis court
allows for evening play or practice with a state of the art ball
machine. There is also a private gym located in the main residence
featuring the latest in fitness equipment. And for those of you with
an interest in art, Ibiza XX offers some of the finest life-size
