Villa Ibiza

The Villa Bali is Located between the village of San miguel 5 min. on a hill, 315 m. above sea level, the Villa Bali is the ideal ‘of the beaten track’ luxury country house. Its privileged position offers magnificent views over the hills and countryside and guarantees great sunsets. Upon entering the estate you immediately notice the great mixture of Mexican and oriental influences adding to a friendly bohemian atmosphere. This colorful hacienda like house is surrounded by natural stone terraces and a mature garden, with Mediterranean plants and palm trees. The center piece of the garden is the overflow pool with a beautiful waterfall, two kids pools, the big Buddha statue and a Balinese pavilion next to it. All terraces have beautiful garden furniture, sun beds and umbrellas.
 

The house consists of a big open plan living room, with a comfortable sitting area near the fireplace and a big dining area. At the back of the living room is an open fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast corner and a pantry. The kitchen gives access to a cozy covered terrace at the back of the house. Along the front of the house is a covered terrace with benches and sitting areas and a huge dining table for al fresco dining while watching the sunset panorama. At the right side of the house are 3 bedrooms. The generous master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and doors opening unto a terrace. The other two bedrooms, one double and one twin, share a bathroom with shower place.

At the left side of the house is a huge TV room. The flat screen TV ( Sat TV, SKY, Channel+) together with comfortable sofas create the feeling of a small home cinema. In this room is also an office corner with a wireless internet connection. At the back of the TV room is a guest bathroom with shower place, another double bedroom, a small library with a sofa bed and the laundry with washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge. On a lower terrace next to the pool you will find a brand new bali guesthouse with an open plan living room, double bedroom and bathroom. Hidden in the lush garden you will find a cute wooden cottage ‘the love nest’. This place sleeps two, but does not have bath facilities.
